Job Description Job Title: Mechanical Lab Technician Company Name: Mohali Hitech Metal Cluster Private Limited Location: Mohali Job Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Diploma in Mechanical Engineering ITI in Mechanical Engineering Industry Targeted: Mechanical/Testing Field Salary: Up to 25,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain Tensai Testing Machines, Rockwell Hardness Machines, and Bursting Testing Machines. Conduct tests and generate accurate results as per NABL standards. Ensure compliance with laboratory terms, conditions, and safety protocols. Prepare and maintain documentation of test results and processes. Perform equipment calibration and ensure proper maintenance of lab machinery. Assist in audits and maintain adherence to NABL accreditation standards. Key Requirements: Mandatory experience in a NABL-certified lab. Proficiency in using Tensai Testing Machines, Rockwell Hardness Machines, and Bursting Testing Machines. Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory terms, conditions, and operations. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities.
