Job Description

Job Summary:

experienced Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee
roof sheet production lines
to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Perform
preventive and corrective maintenance
of roll forming and sheet cutting machines.
Monitor production quality, equipment performance, and minimize downtime.
Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance production efficiency.
Supervise technical staff and ensure adherence to
safety and quality standards
.
Coordinate with design, quality, and logistics teams for timely delivery and production goals.
Prepare maintenance and production reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in
Mechanical Engineering
.
Minimum 3 years
of experience in
roof sheet manufacturing
or
sheet metal industry
.
Strong knowledge of roll forming machines, cutting machines, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Leadership skills to manage production teams and workflow.
Familiarity with ISO / quality compliance standards preferred.
