Hiring Mechanical Engineer for Production Department: Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Production Department Location: Udaipur (Raj.) Department: Production Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Production Department . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing production processes, improving manufacturing systems, and ensuring operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and optimize daily production processes for efficiency and quality. Design, implement, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions. Support new product introduction by preparing production layouts and planning equipment needs. Coordinate with design, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure seamless production operations. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered). Strong understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and production planning. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling tools.
