Job Requiremen t: 3-5 years of related experience Major Field: Motor Mechanical Engineering Computer Skills: Excel;Outlook;PowerPoint;AutoCAD;CAD - Solidworks;CAD - Creo; ANSYS Knowledge Skill: Thermal Management;Acoustics Diagnosis & Solution;Design for Assembly & Manufacturing;Forming Design & Application;Mechanical Element Design;Mechanical Element Reliability Insurance. Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop various types of motors (e.g., SynRM, BLDC, PMSM, induction motors). 2. Conduct mechanical design based on the results of magnetic circuit design and simulation. 3. Responsible for drafting standard operating documents and resolving motor mass production problems through root cause analysis and solution implementation. 4. Design optimization based on thermal and CAE analysis results, combined with evaluation of material and manufacturing process feasibility. 5. Prepare design documentation and support prototype builds. 6. BOM creation and cost analysis. 7. Assist in motor testing across mechanical, environmental, and electrical categories. Other requirement: 1. Involved in the full development cycle of motors, from design to mass production. 2. Experienced in motor materials and end-to-end manufacturing workflows for mass production. 3. Experience with motor design or simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PTC Creo, Solidworks) 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Strong cross-functional communication and coordination abilities nice to have: 1. IP66 enclosure sealing design, including proper selection of sealing components (O-rings, oil seals, gaskets) and matching groove structures. 2. Motor design including bearing type selection based on load and lifespan requirements. 3. Calculation of safety spacings, such as clearance and creepage distances, along with appropriate insulation material selection (IEC 60664). 4. Experienced in die casting and gravity casting processes, along with related surface treatment techniques. Show more Show less
