Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mechanical Engineer located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The responsibilities include designing mechanical systems, conducting research and development activities, creating CAD models, analyzing technical requirements, and managing projects to ensure the successful execution of engineering solutions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards while contributing to innovative designs and problem-solving for client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design
• Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and practical application
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Experience in conducting Research and Development (R&D) to support innovative engineering solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, and adapt to project demands
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the power and heavy engineering industries is a plus
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
