Mechanical Engineer (Costing & Prototyping)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for translating theoretical complex product and designs into physical processes and prototyping concepts in collaboration with R&D Engineers and other relevant stakeholders. Your role will involve early identification of potential bottlenecks and recommending alternatives based on the feasibility of making and testing the first prototype and manufacturability of the design. Additionally, you will recommend improvements in the quality of products and processes by proposing better and simpler alternatives. Your support and advice will be crucial in the development of products and modifications, as well as in providing solutions to issues and problems that may arise in new products and processes. Tech degree in mechanical engineering - 4-10 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) - Ability to translate technical ideas into practical approaches - Proficiency in 3D CAD design - Knowledge of measurement equipment and methods - Supportive attitude CTC: - 3-6 LPA fixed + Incentives + Company ESOPs,
