Job Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical design, development, and testing for automotive components.
• Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality) to improve product performance.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain mechanical documentation, drawings, BOMs, and test reports.
• Support manufacturing processes and ensure alignment with IATF 16949 standards.
• Assist with prototype development, product validation, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing/automotive/engineering industries.
• Strong understanding of mechanical components, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
• Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive standards (IATF 16949) is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
