Mechanical & Electrical Engineer Sales Trainee

As a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer Sales Trainee, your role involves supporting the sales team by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions. You will also learn and present product features, specifications, and applications to clients. Additionally, assisting in preparing sales quotations, documentation, and technical proposals will be part of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is crucial, along with coordinating with internal teams for order processing, follow-ups, and delivery. Market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs, attending client meetings, field visits, and technical demonstrations, and learning the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure are key aspects of the role. Qualifications required for this role include a BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Freshers in these fields are preferred. You should have a strong interest in technical sales, customer interaction, and product understanding. Good communication skills in Hindi and English are essential, along with eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment. Basic knowledge of engineering concepts and industrial products will also be beneficial for this position.
