Job Description

 Product wise BOQ Estimation in detail & tentative as required by Marketing Head / client.  Attaining drawing related queries of clients.  Attaining drawing related doubts & problems of project team & fabricators.  Working & Implementing on wastage & accessories consumption optimization techniques for required drawings.  Co-ordinating with Marketing Head & client for drawings details, Approval & PO.  Daily filling work report & reporting it to HOD giving details about all the activities being done.  Ensuring proper raw material details & complete fabrication data (ducting list, flange list & barcode stickers) is given to fabrication team.  Co-ordinating with Marketing Team & Client for Dispatch date Planning & Scheduling.  Ensuring correct list of accessories (Dispatch Order) is submitted to dispatch team day before of its dispatch.  Physically checking of Box ducts & Pre-Cut Panel Bundles as being cut on CNC & giving proper billing details of it to Accounts department.  Create Duct Planning document, Production document, Dispatch Order Packing List, Pre-Cut panel production document & barcode sticker generation of each type from ERP.  Co-ordinating with our project team & client team at site for proper execution of our scope work. And to understand & resolve any issue related to our supply and drawing working perspective.  Maintain Planning Excel Sheet data of drawings, Production planning, dispatch scheduling & Project Reports.  Daily Maintaining Clean and healthy working surrounding in working area.  Co-ordinating & assisting all departments for balanced load of work.  Raising Computerized MRQ for shop floor team.  Assisting Supervisor/HOD in their activities whenever required.  Manage to work in shifts as per production planning.  If required you will be assigned work on other machine & can be assigned to work in other AIPL factories.  Execute Design & development (Standard /non Standard) drawings as per agreed timeline.
