Job Description

5–12 years experience in manufacturing of: Retail store fixtures Metal fabrication (MS, SS, sheet metal) Gondolas, racks, displays Wooden furniture or modular furniture (optional but preferred) Powder coating finishing processes Signage fabrication (bonus) Must have experience in: Managing a team of 10–40 workers (welders, fabricators, carpenters, painters) Handling production from drawing to dispatch Quality control & finishing standards Vendor coordination Reading and understanding technical drawings Using measuring tools (vernier, tape, square, etc.) Raw material planning (sheet metal, pipes, boards, hardware) Lead the complete production process Metal fabrication, assembly, finishing, packing, dispatch Maintain quality standards Ensure accuracy, finishing, dimensions, stability, durability Create & manage production schedules Allocate jobs to workers Ensure daily progress Coordinate material and tooling availability Reduce mistakes, rework, and delays Train workers & improve their performance Coordinate with design team & sales team Ensure proper workshop organisation Tools management Safety Clean workflow Vendor & material handling Order materials Check quality upon arrival Prepare daily production reports Take responsibility for on-time and high-quality delivery
