Roles and Responsibilities Role: Mechanical Developer Qualification: B.tech in Mechanical engineering Experience: 2 to 7 years 1. Experience as a Design Engineer in Metal & Plastic parts 2. Experience using CAD software Solid Works 3. Knowledge of AutoCAD & Corel Draw 4. 2D and 3D drawings 5. Hands on experience on Data management of projects 6. Design & developed jigs and fixture for production lines 7. Design and improve the process/product layout in AutoCAD 2D 8. Knowledge of Lean terminology used in production like FMEA, TPM, KAIZEN, JIT, 5S. What you will learn? Design mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Corel Draw, and SolidWorks. Create detailed drawings and models for machinery parts and equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product designs and improve existing ones. Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Develop technical documentation of designs including specifications, tolerances, materials, etc.
