Job Description

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at Sapcon Instruments Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the Research & Development department, contributing to new product development, production processes, and manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Product design & development - Manufacturing Process design & control - Manufacturing process improvements - Manufacturing operations activity & time management using Theory of Constraints - Implementing digital transformation in manufacturing - Providing technical support to the Production - Knowledge of Product Coding and Bill of materials - ERP related Control, Training, and Maintaining records - Working on the manufacturing shop floor - Vendor Development and Evaluation Qualifications required for this role: - Mechanical Engineer BE/B-Tech/M-Tech - 2+ years experience in a relevant field - Good Communication Skills - Experience in working with cross-functional teams - In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing ERP - Proficiency in 3D design and drawing tools - Familiarity with Python language tool Additionally, Sapcon Instruments Pvt Ltd is located in Indore, MP, and offers a Gross Salary of 15,000 to 30,000 INR per month.,
