· Must have hands on Product design and enginering of crushing / mining industry or similar heavy industries for Min 10+ Years
· Preferred knowledge on aggregate and minig’s crushing product / process experience.
· Strong people leader with experience in leading and managing the team. Doing performance management and motivating / engaging them.
· Good Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and Services.
· Expert level knowledge on Engineering Calculations (Including Welding and Structural Design)
· Proficient knowledge on 3D Engineerng / Design tools and PLM Process. Preferably Creo and Pulse.
· Excellent in Communication Skills
· Worked in Global environment.
· Fair know-how on Project Management and New Product Development Processes.
· Well-versed in usage of Microsoft Office applications.
· Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.
