1. Designing and implementing BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes. Basic Knowledge on Lithium Cell, Batteries, Battery Chargers. 2. Performing engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design and equipment. 3. Mechanical AUTOCAD, SolidWorks, CREO and Simulation Softwares. 4. Knowledge of applicable codes related to BESS (Battery Energy Storage System). 5. Welding Joints, Sheet Metal and ABS material knowledge. 6. Excellent communication skills in all forms. 7. Persistence & Self-Motivation 8. Proficient with MS office tools (Excel, Word & PPT) & Email communication
