Roles and Responsibilities Conduct training sessions for engineering students on AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, and NX CAD. Develop and deliver comprehensive course content and practical projects. Provide hands-on guidance and real-time project exposure. Evaluate students progress through assignments, tests, and project work. Support and mentor students to enhance their design and software skills. Stay updated with the latest CAD tools and industry practices. Collaborate with the training team to improve course material and training methods. Ensure an interactive and engaging learning environment. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, and NX CAD. Prior teaching or training experience is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
