Key Skills Skills highlighted with *‘are preferred key skills * Installation And Commissioning *Equipment Maintenance *Machine Assembly *Troubleshooting Skills , SPM Skills: Mechanical assembly and installation Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the automation industry Hands-on experience with machining operations Strong understanding of mechanical Engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Experience in Manufacturing Assembly and Testing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Troubleshoot and repair equipment Multitasking Teamwork Handling CAD Software (eg. Autocad) Good knowledge of understanding the drawings Excellent in written & verbal communication skills. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine the type of materials required. Attach part and sub-assemblies in jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices. Apply your knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics for machine operation and troubleshooting. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials for assembly. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to mechanical assembly Test and adjust assembled equipment to meet specifications or diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions. Follow safety procedures, instructions and diagram to ensure proper assembly. Maintain inventory of parts and equipments Maintain Accurate records of assemblies and sub-assemblies. Perform regular maintenance and inspections of machinery. Performs equipment failure analysis, repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance on automated equipment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment when necessary. Repaired defective and broken parts prior to assembly. Participate in preparing bills of materials (BOMs) and assembly manuals. Provide inputs & work closely with Automation head on areas for machine improvements. Works with maintenance and process Technicians to maintain daily production operations and assembly through preventive and corrective maintenance. Supports all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
