Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance

As a Recruitment candidate for Mechanical and Electrical maintenance jobs in the factory, your role will involve conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. You will also be responsible for installing new mechanical systems, machinery, and components according to specifications and safety standards. Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, including parts used and time spent will be a key part of your duties. Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations is essential to ensure that all equipment is operated and maintained in a safe manner. Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to repair or replace defective parts will be part of your daily tasks. Responding quickly to emergency breakdowns and ensuring that repairs are carried out efficiently to minimize production delays is crucial. Providing training and guidance to junior maintenance technicians or apprentices when needed is also expected. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery - Install new mechanical systems, machinery, and components according to specifications and safety standards - Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections - Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for repairs - Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns - Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance technicians or apprentices Qualification Required: - I.T.I, Diploma, B.Tech in Electrical and Mechanical The company offers a salary range of 12,000/- to 14,000/- with additional benefits such as O.T availability, E.S.I and Pf facilities, free lodging, and canteen facilities. The duty hours are 12 hours, and the job locations include BasKopa, Muchipara, Durgapur, West Bengal.
