Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Continental Cook who specializes in preparing Pasta dishes and Sushi. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of continental cuisine, be creative in presentation, and maintain high standards of hygiene and food quality. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of European and Asian fusion dishes while ensuring a great dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of continental dishes, with a focus on pasta varieties (Alfredo, Arrabbiata, Pesto, etc.) and sushi (Maki, Nigiri, Sashimi, etc.) Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and taste of every dish Monitor food preparation and ensure freshness and quality of ingredients Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times Follow standardized recipes and innovate when required Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team for smooth operations Keep track of inventory and assist in ordering supplies when needed Work efficiently during high-pressure service hours Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Continental Cook or in a similar role Proven experience in cooking pasta and sushi is mandatory Knowledge of various international cuisines is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Attention to detail in food presentation and taste Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen protocols Team player with a positive attitude and passion for food Preferred Qualifications: Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution (preferred but not mandatory) Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or cloud kitchens Basic English communication skills
