Role & responsibilities The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving patient footfall, building corporate & doctor referral networks, increasing revenue across OPD/IPD services, and developing strategic business partnerships. The role involves planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing programs and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify and onboard new referral doctors, clinics, and medical practitioners. Drive OPD and IPD revenue growth through structured outreach programs. Strengthen corporate tie-ups, TPAs, government empanelments, and insurance company relationships. Coordinate with medical departments to promote key specialties and high-margin services. 2. Marketing & Branding Develop and execute hospital branding strategy, digital marketing, and local campaigns. Plan community engagement activities (health camps, CSR medical outreach, awareness programs). Manage social media, website updates, patient testimonials, and PR activities. 3. Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with consultants, visiting doctors, corporate HRs, and referral partners. Ensure excellent customer experience & manage patient feedback and satisfaction programs. Conduct doctor meetings, CMEs, workshops, and promotional events. 4. Market Research & Strategy Analyze competitor hospitals and service pricing. Identify new business opportunities and plan promotional strategies. Prepare monthly sales forecasts and performance reports for management. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication, networking & negotiation skills. Knowledge of hospital workflow (OPD/IPD/Diagnostics/Insurance/TPA). Ability to plan campaigns and manage marketing budgets. Result-driven approach and ability to work with clinical teams. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics. Education MBA in Sales/Marketing / Hospital Administration preferred Graduation in science / pharmacy / healthcare field is an added advantage.
