The Master Data Management Specialist enriches and promotes alignment of data across all business systems. Eligibility: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in managing Master Data for any manufacturing company (BPO experience dealing with Master Data will also qualify) Roles and Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to obtain the necessary information to input and record master data (New, Modification, Deletion, Hold, Block etc). Interact with several cross functional team to get the correct information Verify data to ensure completeness and functionality. Communicate potential data quality issues or missing data. Process master data in various enterprise resource, procurement, sales, or logistics systems, including third-party suppliers, agents, and catalogs. Screen and validate data to ensure compliance with regulations. Provide guidelines on proper master data requirements and processes. Ensure data quality and accuracy to enable automatic procure to pay transactions. Identify records that need updates based on three-way match issues at the time of invoice review.
