JD For MDM Profisee : Skill : MDM (Profisee tool)/ Module Lead Exp : 5 - 8 Years Location : Chennai / Bengaluru Note : Profisee exp must be (0.6 months +) Job Title: MDM Lead - Master Data Management (Profisee Tool Expert) Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced MDM Lead with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and strong proficiency in the Profisee MDM tool. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in the MDM domain, possess industry knowledge, and demonstrate a deep understanding of data management best practices. In this role, you will lead MDM projects, provide strategic guidance, and deliver solutions using the Profisee platform to help clients achieve their data management goals. Key Responsibilities: MDM Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and develop tailored MDM strategies. Profisee Implementation: Lead the implementation of MDM solutions using the Profisee tool, including data modeling, integration, quality, and governance components. Data Governance: Establish frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Data Quality Management: Design and implement data quality rules, standards, and processes to monitor and improve data quality within the MDM system. Data Integration: Define integration strategies and oversee data ingestion from various source systems into the Profisee MDM platform. Master Data Modeling: Develop and maintain master data models, hierarchies, and taxonomies to support MDM objectives. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure the Profisee tool to meet specific client requirements, including workflows, data matching, and data stewardship. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data stewards, and IT professionals, to ensure successful MDM implementations. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documents, data dictionaries, and user manuals for knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and administrators on the Profisee MDM tool and data management best practices. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, integration, and system performance. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, Profisee tool updates, and emerging technologies to enhance MDM solutions. Desired Skills and Experience: Profisee Product Experience is a MUST Hands-on experience implementing MDM solutions in Microsoft Azure . Exposure to Microsoft Azure Data Management products such as Azure Data Factory (ADF) . Ability to gather functional and technical requirements for solution design. Experience in estimating and planning work for all phases of the software development lifecycle.
