Location : Its for PAN india location (Deloitte Locations , Hybrid) Position : MDG Data Analyst The MDG Data Analyst will be instrumental in driving the implementation and improvement of Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions across the organization. This role entails close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements for master data management. He/she will play a key role in translating these requirements into detailed functional specifications and working closely with technical teams to ensure effective configuration and deployment of SAP MDG modules (Material, Supplier, Customer, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to understand their master data needs and challenges. Analyze and document business processes related to master data creation, maintenance, and governance. Define and document business requirements and functional specifications for SAP MDG configurations and customizations. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with best practices and governance standards. Support testing activities, including the creation of test plans and test cases, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide training and support to end-users on SAP MDG functionalities and processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and optimize SAP MDG solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in master data management or SAP MDG projects. Candidates should demonstrate a solid grasp of master data concepts, data governance principles, and proficiency in business process analysis. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and supporting system implementations is essential. Strong analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with SAP MDG modules and hands-on experience in their configuration or usage would be advantageous.
