MD Manage is currently seeking skilled Quality Auditors / Quality Analyst - AR Process - RCM US healthcare to join our team. - We have an immediate requirement for Six Quality Auditors / Quality Analyst specializing in Hospital billing UB04 and Physician billing CMS1500. - Before applying, please review the job description outlined below. - Candidates should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the US healthcare, with at least one year specifically as a quality auditor. - Comprehensive knowledge of coding, eligibility, credentialing, and authorization is essential. - Familiarity with Medical terms such as Workers' Compensation, No Fault, DME, Medicare, and Medicaid is required. - The role involves providing daily, weekly, and monthly feedback on performance. - You will be responsible for initiating quality improvement plans for under performing team members. - Conducting daily huddles and facilitating knowledge transfer will be part of your responsibilities. - Collaboration with operations to enhance project efficiency and delivering weekly/monthly presentations is expected. - Strictly work from office Night Shifts - Mode of Interview : In Person / Virtual
