Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in an MBA program or equivalent advanced degree. Strong academic performance with a focus on business administration or a related field. Prior internship or work experience in a business environment is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with data analysis and research methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Experience with project management tools or software is a plus. Knowledge of basic financial concepts and business principles.
