We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate our sales growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Proactively source, qualify, and develop new business leads through high-volume activities including cold calling, strategic email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Pipeline Building: Successfully generate and secure qualified first-step meetings and discovery calls for our senior sales team. Market Intelligence: Develop a strong understanding of client needs within the AEC space to effectively position our CAD and BIM solutions. CRM Management: Ensure all sales activities, contacts, and opportunity data are accurately logged and maintained in the CRM system. Non-Negotiable Requirements Education/Experience : MBA OR significant, demonstrable prior experience in a Business Development or Sales role. Language Skills : Absolute fluency in English (written and verbal) is required for communication with US-based clients. Work Schedule : Must be able to work US Shift Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (Monday – Friday) to align with client business hours. Industry Focus : Preference will be given to candidates with an interest in or exposure to CAD, BIM, AEC, or related technology sectors. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The BIM Manager will oversee and coordinate Building Information Modeling processes, ensure seamless integration of Architecture and MEP designs, and manage Scan-to-BIM projects. Responsibilities include leading BIM coordination meetings, providing technical guidance to team members, ensuring data accuracy, managing project timelines, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outputs. The position requires effective communication skills, a strong understanding of standards, and a focus on driving innovation within projects. Qualifications Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination Proficiency in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes and Architecture Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Strong project management and leadership skills to oversee multidisciplinary teams Excellent understanding of building codes, standards, and guidelines Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and related platforms Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus Previous experience in managing Scan-to-BIM and point cloud data processing projects is advantageous
