Prepare and present insurance quotes to prospective clients. Achieve monthly sales targets to drive company growth. Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding policy details. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Educate clients about risk management and claims processes. Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance product knowledge. Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy renewals. Handle objections and provide effective solutions to client concerns. Monitor industry trends to stay informed about market changes. Participate in community outreach programs to promote insurance awareness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance or sales. Strong knowledge of insurance products and services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets. Effective negotiation and teamwork skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong organizational and time management abilities. High level of professionalism and integrity. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
