Mattress Manufacturing Supervisor

We are looking for a Mattress Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our mattress manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and lead the production team efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mattress production processes.
• Monitor raw materials, machine operations, and manpower.
• Ensure high-quality output and minimize wastage.
• Maintain production and attendance records.
• Implement and follow safety and cleanliness standards on the factory floor.
• Support management in meeting daily and monthly production targets.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
• Prior experience in mattress manufacturing or related industry preferred, but freshers can also apply.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
