Deliver Training: Provide engaging and interactive training sessions for Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM certification courses. Develop Course Material: Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and hands-on lab exercises. Assess Learner Progress: Evaluate learners' understanding through assessments and provide constructive feedback. Support & Mentorship: Act as a mentor to learners, guiding them through certification preparation and practical applications. Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365 and adapt training content accordingly. Tailored Training Solutions: Customize training programs to meet specific client or organizational needs. Qualifications: Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, including those listed above. Experience: Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM modules. Practical experience in implementing and managing Dynamics 365 solutions. Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional design skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners with varied skill levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Preferred: Experience in training delivery through both virtual and in-person settings. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools. Experience in consulting or project implementation in Dynamics 365 environments
