Job Summary

Technical Trainer with expertise in MATLAB, Simulink, Vehicle Dynamics, Control Systems, and Automotive Modelling

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct instructor-led sessions covering:
•  Mass-Spring-Damper system modeling
•  Differential equations & system response plotting
•  DC Motor state-space modeling
•  Disturbance analysis using Simulink
•  Bond Graph modeling and subsystem simulation
•  Integrated vehicle system simulation
• Guide students in hands-on MATLAB/Simulink exercises.
• Support learners with model building, simulation workflows, and troubleshooting.

2. Curriculum Development

• Prepare session plans, lab exercises, assessments, and project tasks.
• Update training materials to match industry standards, EV trends, and automotive technologies.

3. Student Mentorship

• Mentor learners in academic and industrial projects involving:
•  Dynamic vehicle modeling
•  Motor drive simulations
•  Suspension and braking simulations
•  System integration and testing
•  Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

4. Technical Expertise

• Demonstrate strong understanding of:
•  Mechanical system modeling
•  State-space and transfer-function-based analysis
•  Multibody vehicle dynamics
•  Sensitivity analysis, parameter sweep, and system optimization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MATLAB/Simulink updates and automotive simulation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related engineering.

• Strong command of MATLAB, Simulink, and automotive simulation tools.
• Hands-on experience in mathematical modeling and vehicle dynamics.
• Ability to simplify complex engineering concepts for students.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior teaching, engineering, training, or edtech experience is preferred.
