Primary Job Title:

MATLAB Developer

About The Opportunity

A technology-driven engineering services organization operating in the Product Engineering & Embedded Systems sector, delivering algorithm development, simulation, and model-based solutions to automotive, aerospace, industrial automation, and semiconductor customers. We build validated, production-ready control, signal-processing, and embedded algorithms that move from MATLAB/Simulink prototypes to real-time deployment on target hardware.Role & Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and validate algorithms and signal-processing routines using MATLAB and Simulink for control, perception, or analytics applications.
  • Develop and maintain Simulink models and Stateflow charts following Model-Based Design practices and prepare models for code generation using Embedded Coder.
  • Perform data analysis, prototyping, and simulation to tune algorithms; translate results into robust, testable implementations.
  • Integrate and test generated code on target hardware (HIL/SIL), collaborate with embedded software teams for real-time deployment.
  • Create and maintain verification artifacts: unit tests, test harnesses, regression suites, and technical documentation for stakeholders and certification needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (system architects, test engineers, QA) to define requirements, deliverables, and timelines for on-site project execution.
