Job Title: Mathematics Faculty – State Board (Grade 11 & 12) Location: Sri Edu Foundation, Jalalhali, Bangalore Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Joining: Immediate Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: Sri Edu Foundation is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Mathematics Faculty to teach Grade 11 and 12 students under the Karnataka State Board syllabus . The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching. Immediate joiners are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics to Grade 11 & 12 students in accordance with the State Board syllabus. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments. Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to monitor student progress. Simplify complex mathematical concepts for better student understanding. Provide academic support, doubt clarification, and individual guidance when needed. Maintain student performance records and participate in curriculum planning. Engage in staff meetings, academic discussions, and parent-teacher interactions. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field. B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory for freshers. Excellent communication and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of the Karnataka State Board curriculum. Ability to join immediately. Teaching experience of 0–2 years (freshers are encouraged to apply). Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to create an interactive and student-friendly classroom environment. Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and platforms (preferred).
