About the Role: We are seeking highly skilled Mathematics professionals to create Chain of Thought (CoT) Q&As for complex mathematical problem-solving. The ideal candidates must have a deep understanding of mathematical concepts, logical reasoning, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Proficiency in LaTeX is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality Chain of Thought Q&As across various mathematical domains. Ensure logical coherence and step-by-step reasoning in question and solution design. Utilize LaTeX for precise and well-formatted mathematical expressions. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and quality in problem formulation. Conduct thorough reviews to maintain accuracy and adherence to prescribed standards. Required Qualifications: Strong expertise in the following areas: Algebra, Calculus, Probability, Linear Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, Number Theory, and Differential Equations. Experience in designing structured problem-solving approaches. Proficiency in LaTeX for mathematical typesetting and documentation. Prior experience in academic content creation, research, or structured Q&A development is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and logical reasoning. Ability to break down complex problems into structured, step-by-step solutions. Strong communication skills for articulating mathematical reasoning. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AI/ML-driven problem formulation or model evaluation. Familiarity with educational technology and online assessment platforms. Red teaming experience will be preferred. Candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
