Job Description

Position: MM Off-role Department: Operations Location: Gurgaon Reporting to: Senior Manager- Materials Management What is the role? The role will be to support the material procurement process by placing orders, and ensure timely delivery, while also maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams. The individual has to liaise with vendors and Internal Finance for timely payment closures and work actively towards resolving any discrepancies arising out of material procurement. This position will also support in managing sales queries in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities & goals: Execute local and imported purchase orders Co-ordinate with vendors on timely release of material Co-ordinate with finance for payment closures Manage sales queries with the defined TAT Run automation files and tools at scheduled intervals What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role? Good to have purchasing experience Proficient in MS Excel Working under strict timeline Has very good negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
