Hi We are hiring for the ITES Company for the Material Planner Role. Overview The Material Planner is responsible for managing supply chain planning activities with a focus on ensuring material availability and optimal inventory levels. The role involves coordinating with upstream and downstream teams, as well as sales and product line teams, to gather demand and forecast inputs. The planner raises material requirements through internal or external sourcing, monitors overdue receipts, collaborates with expeditors to expedite delayed orders, and works to resolve planning exceptions. The role also includes publishing supply/demand balance reports, preventing stock-outs or over-ordering, and maintaining accuracy and turnaround times as per SLAs. Experience with ERP systems like JD Edwards, along with a focus on process standardization, innovation, and improvement, is essential. Key Skills : Any Graduate Minimum 1 year experience in SCM Planning is a mandate. Prior experience in SCM Planning process Functional understanding of Upstream and Downstream SCM processes Preferable experience with Oil & Gas industry Daily communication/interaction with Upstream and Downstream teams Liaising with Sales and Product line team on Demand / Forecast inputs for planning Raising material requirement in System (Internal or External Sourcing) Monitoring Overdue Receipt reports Collaborating with Expeditor to get the Overdue PO status and get them expedited Identify and resolve exceptions Reporting & escalating issues Publishing S/D balance reports Ensure zero stock-outs or over ordering Maintain Accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) Process Innovation & Improvements Experience of ERP JD Edwards Process Standardization and Simplification Key Skills: a) Preferable experience with Oil & Gas industry b) Graduation is Mandatory
