Job Summary

International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support:

    Manage inbound and outbound calls related to motor insurance inquiries, providing customers with detailed information about their policies, claims, and related queries.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Assist customers in resolving issues related to their motor insurance coverage, claims processing, and other concerns, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Policy Guidance:

    Explain various motor insurance products, their benefits, terms, and conditions, and help customers make informed decisions.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping:

    Accurately document customer interactions, policy updates, claims, and resolutions in the system while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Quality Standards:

    Consistently meet quality standards for customer interaction, ensuring that customer satisfaction and first-call resolution metrics are achieved.
  • Collaboration:

    Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling and policy issuance. Engage in regular communication with supervisors to address complex issues.
  • Adherence to SLAs:

    Ensure that all interactions comply with service-level agreements (SLAs), including response time, issue resolution, and customer follow-up.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification:

    Minimum of Undergraduate or Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience:

    At least 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (preferably in BPO or call center environment).
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Should be able to handle international customers and maintain a professional tone.
  • Technical Skills:

    Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls.
  • Work Experience Criteria:

    No employment gap of more than 6 months in the last 2 years.
  • Adaptability:

    Ability to work in rotational shifts and be flexible with changing schedules.
