Role & responsibilities :Create recruitment strategies with hiring managers to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience needed for the role.Design and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates, including online job postings, social media, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to set clear hiring goals and objectives. Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods to find potential candidates.Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and attract candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Maintain clear communication with the potential candidates throughout the hiring processKeep track of recruitment activities and candidate information. Provide reports to the HR management team after tracking metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.At least 6month of experience in the recruitment and selection process.Excellent communication (Telugu or Kannada) and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to interpret and use data to make decisions.Understanding of recruitment and Selection Processes Ability to perform job evaluations and create job descriptions.
