Marketplace Operations Executive Internship in Gurgaon

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in operational tasks across various online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Maintain and regularly update internal data tracking sheets. Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, logistics, customer service) to ensure efficient operations. Perform quality checks on product data, including images, descriptions, and pricing. Support operational audits and ensure timely completion of documentation. Identify and escalate discrepancies or process gaps to the relevant stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in e-commerce or operations is a plus.
