Job Title: Marketplace Manager Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive/Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across leading online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit, and others. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listings, content optimization, catalog management, and data-driven strategy development, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee and maintain brand consistency and visibility across multiple online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. Product Listing & Content Optimization: Create and optimize product listings with SEO-rich content including titles, bullet points, and descriptions. Develop A+ content to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. Inventory Planning & Stock Management: Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking. Customer Service & Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Quick Commerce Onboarding: Lead the onboarding and catalog integration of products on fast-moving platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and others. Data-Driven Strategy Development: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities. Use insights to refine business strategies. Catalog Management & Integration: Ensure accurate and timely catalog updates across platforms, including product additions, pricing updates, and promotional offers. Collaboration & Campaign Management: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute platform-specific promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Requirements: Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations across multiple platforms. Strong knowledge of listing optimization, SEO for marketplaces, and catalog integration. Proficient in using tools and dashboards for inventory and performance tracking. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Good communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
