About the Role Lumens Depot is looking for a highly motivated Marketplace Manager to lead our strategy and execution across online sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify . What You’ll Do ✅ Manage Online Marketplaces Oversee day-to-day operations across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify. Develop and execute growth strategies to boost visibility and sales. ✅ Optimize Listings & Content Create, update, and enhance product listings for SEO and conversion. Ensure high-quality content (titles, images, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content). ✅ Drive Revenue & Campaigns Run promotions, deals, and marketplace-specific ad campaigns. Analyze performance and identify new growth opportunities. ✅ Coordinate Inventory & Pricing Sync with inventory teams to manage stock levels and pricing strategies. Implement repricing tools and monitor competitive positioning. ✅ Ensure Customer Satisfaction Monitor reviews and ratings across platforms. Handle customer inquiries and disputes per marketplace guidelines. ✅ Track Metrics & Report Monitor KPIs: sales, conversion rate, CTR, ad spend, return rate. Provide weekly/monthly reports and actionable insights to leadership. What You Bring 1–2.5 years of marketplace management (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Shopify Admin Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, analytics tools, and reporting Familiar with SEO, marketplace advertising, and promotional tools Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Bonus Points For Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or ChannelAdvisor Klaviyo or email marketing platform experience Graphic editing (Canva, Photoshop) for creative content Familiarity with B2B and wholesale eCommerce Show more Show less
