Marketing Trainee

Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns tailored to the real estate sector, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising. Support content creation such as blog posts, property descriptions, promotional videos, and social media updates focused on real estate listings and brand promotion. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities specific to the real estate market. Help manage and update real estate listings on company websites and third-party platforms to maximize property visibility. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotional materials like brochures, newsletters, and event invitations. Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness. Participate in organizing real estate promotional events, open houses, and exhibitions to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Assist in managing CRM systems to track and nurture leads and maintain strong communication with prospects and clients. Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and digital marketing best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the team. Support overall marketing strategy with administrative tasks, coordination with vendors, and ensuring timely execution of marketing activities.
