The role of Trainee (Business Operations) at our company in Noida (Sector 62) is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting category managers in various operational tasks, data analysis, and reporting. This 6-month traineeship offers a stipend of 15k/month and a chance to work closely with our team in managing product categories. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in competitor research, analyzing market trends, and contributing to pricing strategies. You will also be involved in monitoring product performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams for category initiatives, and maintaining product catalogs and inventory data up to date. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and executing promotional campaigns and launches.
