Marketing Strategist

As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, devise strategies to expand the company's client base, and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. It will be crucial for you to work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify market trends, evaluate customer needs, and create effective strategies that will contribute to revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research to pinpoint potential clients and market trends, prospecting and generating leads through various channels such as networking and cold calling, and analyzing industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for business expansion. Moreover, you will need to develop and implement sales strategies, deliver compelling sales presentations, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials, and build and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. In addition, you will be expected to negotiate terms and contracts with clients, address any concerns or objections raised during the sales process, and achieve agreed-upon revenue targets within specified timelines. Collaboration with internal teams, providing feedback to product teams based on market insights, tracking and analyzing sales performance, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should possess an MBA or any degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a results-oriented mindset focused on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Candidates with 1-3 years of work experience as a Marketing Strategist in the IT field are preferred, but individuals from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
