Job Description

Role Overview: You will work closely with Product, Campaign Managers, and Events Marketing teams in the planning and implementation of all marketing projects. As a power user of the marketing automation and Webinar platform, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and quality in marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a proficient user of the Marketo tool, executing email programs to maintain efficiency, data quality, and accurate campaign flows. - Collaborate with Events and Demand Gen teams to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns within marketing automation and CRM systems. - Ensure all marketing programs adhere to best practices and benchmark results to prevent prospect/customer fatigue. - Maintain data hygiene standards by importing, exporting, updating, and cleansing data as required for quality assurance. - Collaborate with Marketing team members on email development projects, including content sourcing, graphic design, and web-related development. - Utilize expert level experience in building smart lists and segmentations within Marketo. - Develop content, data, and customer journey within Marketo for effective lead nurture campaigns. - Provide documentation and training to support end users in utilizing marketing automation tools effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related subject. - 2-3 years of experience in relevant marketing data analysis, including hands-on experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools. - Mandatory hands-on experience with Marketo, and Marketo Certification will be a plus. - Solid experience with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). - Exceptional communication and project management skills to manage complex priorities effectively. - Strong understanding of reporting metrics as they apply to email marketing. - Working knowledge of tools like ASANA, 6sense, BrightTALK, and Stripo would be advantageous.,
