Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign and Webinar Management Regional and/or persona-specific campaign planning and management (along with Inside Sales, Field Sales and Events Team) including Campaign creation, execution, implementation, and measurement for end prospects, channel partners and, System Integrators resulting in Sales Qualified leads Strategizing and implementing integrated marketing strategies consisting of value propositions, messaging, Product positioning plans, brand assets and guidelines, GTM plans and marketing mediums management (Digital, social media, Print, third party and other offline mediums) Identifying and finalizing third party sources/vendors for execution of the demand generation campaigns, webinars, and influencer marketing Focus on cross-functional campaign management across Content marketing, product marketing, sales, sales operations, and finance for creative development: writing and delivering briefs, communicating product pitches, timely adoption by sales, and budgetary approvals that enables seamless execution of campaign End- to End management for all paid campaigns across mediums like social media, Digital Ads, Print Ads, Influencer Marketing, Analyst Marketing, Partner marketing Research and Intelligence Develop regional market knowledge and support Field Sales team in annual planning including account identification, account segmentation, financials, technology landscape along with Analyst team Gathering requirements from Field Sales team on quarterly basis and suggest best marketing strategies to engage the target accounts Build a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to develop differentiated communications along with Analyst and Content teams Performance Marketing Reporting Oversee year-end and sales pipeline coverage by monitoring deal-flow across stages and conduct performance reporting by maintaining real time dashboards for each interaction received in the regions through any mediums Identifying lead conversion efficiency by tracking critical metrics including close rate, pipeline growth, and identifying opportunities to support Inside Sales and Sales team to improve the rate of conversion across pipeline.
