With two locations and a growing client base, we’re looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team and help boost our brand presence and store visits. Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to manage our Instagram presence, handle customer queries, re-engage existing clients, and drive foot traffic to our Indore salons. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a knack for social media, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities: Instagram Management: Create engaging posts, Stories, and Reels to showcase nail art, promotions, and salon updates. Use analytics to optimize content and grow our following. Customer Queries: Handle customer inquiries via phone and Instagram DMs with a friendly, professional tone to ensure satisfaction and bookings. Client Engagement: Develop strategies to re-engage existing customers through loyalty programs, personalized messages, or promotions to encourage repeat visits. Drive Store Visits: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (e.g., events, collaborations) to increase foot traffic to Nailashes salons in Indore. Brand Promotion: Maintain Nailashes’ vibrant brand voice and aesthetics across all marketing efforts.
