Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and ensure achievement of lead and sales targets.
• Develop engaging content ideas for social media campaigns and brand promotions.
• Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives, reels, and posts.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling scripts for marketing videos, ads, and social media content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective scripts.
• Assist in planning and executing video shoots for ads, reels, and promotional content.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and performance advertising.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• An understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
