Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic, driven, and hands-on Marketing Executive / Manager with a strong background in sales and lead generation for digital marketing services. This is not a cold-calling or list-scraping role—we’re looking for someone who brings smart, creative lead-gen strategies to the table. What you'll be doing: Lead and execute strategic lead generation efforts across Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, LinkedIn, and other platforms Use social media to proactively identify and connect with potential clients Create and manage cold email campaigns with well-crafted messaging Develop impactful marketing materials including SOPs, decks, proposals, and pitch presentations Work with internal teams to support business development goals Analyze outreach campaigns and continuously optimize for better results Research trends, competitors, and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape What we are looking for: 2+ years of experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency Experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. Proficient in social selling – researching, engaging, and converting leads through LinkedIn and other platforms Not reliant on cold calling or contact scraping tools like Apollo, Lusha, etc. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) Capable of crafting proposals, SOPs, and marketing plans independently A creative and proactive thinker who can bring new lead-gen strategies to the table Strong communication and presentation skills Apply Now Send your resume to hr@theinstaserv.com or contact us at 9773562662 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,844.80 - ₹48,514.27 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Lead generation: 3 years (Preferred) Business development: 3 years (Preferred) Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
