Marketing Sales Representatives

You are invited to join our team as a Marketing Sales Representative (MSR). In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling automobile parts, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieving sales targets in your designated territory. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with automobile parts dealers within your assigned territory to promote and sell Brakes India products. It will be essential to establish and maintain positive relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors, while effectively covering the designated territory from your base location. Meeting and exceeding sales targets for focus products, processing orders efficiently through the mobile app, and developing a thorough understanding of product numbers across all segments will also be part of your role. Providing timely updates and reports in the local language and reporting directly to the Field Parts Engineer are crucial aspects of this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Degree/Diploma or graduate in Arts and Science. While knowledge of automobile sales/service is preferred, freshers with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply. Please note that BE/B.Tech/MBA graduates are not eligible for this position. Both freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome to apply for this opportunity. The salary range for this position is 1.65 LPA to 2.40 LPA. As part of the job requirements, you must be willing to travel up to 15 days a month, covering a radius of 100-150 km from your base location. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule.
