Position Overview:

We are fast-growing organization in the Pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals sector, committed to delivering high-quality health and wellness products. We are expanding our presence and seeking dynamic professionals to join our marketing and sales team.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the market for company products in assigned areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Track and monitor sales and collections on a customer-wise basis.
Execute sales promotions and brand-building activities to enhance market visibility.
Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and provide feedback to management.
Ensure timely reporting and coordination with the sales and marketing team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 4+ years in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or FMCG sales with good communication may apply.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and customer relationship management.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven attitude.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
