Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Marketing & Sales Executive who will visit the field and onboard new business clients for the company. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of software concepts and preferably prior experience in IT product or service sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert them into clients
• Pitch company services & solutions to potential customers
• Maintain strong follow-up and manage client relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• IT / Software sales experience will be a major advantage
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of software, websites and applications
• Must be results-oriented and comfortable working with targets
• Ability to work independently and travel for field visits
